My Story
I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and FMS Level 1 certified coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in both strength and endurance training. I bring a well-rounded perspective to performance and longevity.
I believe that strength training is one of the most powerful tools we have to increase longevity and improve quality of life. My passion is helping people from all walks of life build sustainable strength and confidence. I believe fitness should support your life—not take it over—and my approach focuses on improving movement, building muscle, and creating long-term resilience.
Over the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge through specialized education in menopause coaching, performance nutrition, body composition, AFAA group and resistance training, and kettlebell training. I bring a thoughtful, individualized approach to every session— meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward with clarity and purpose.
