My Story

CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, has been coaching CrossFit since 2014. Jess brings a wealth of experience in coaching athletes of all ages. She excels in guiding individuals to identify their fitness goals and implementing safe, effective strategies to achieve them. In 2019, Jess furthered her learning by attending the Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level-1 course. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous Olympic Lifting coaches to advance her own weightlifting ambitions.

Originally from Western New York, Jess relocated to South Carolina nearly two years ago to embrace the warmer climate, and she thoroughly enjoys her life in the South. Outside of fitness, Jess shares her home with Benicio, her beloved chihuahua who is turning 15 this year.
