  • Titus Youth Barbell Club is geared at coaching and instructing children between the ages of 8 and 18 in the classic lifts: snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift, squat and bench press as well as proper mechanics. The program is aimed at offering a strong foundation for the competitive sports of weightlifting and powerlifting, as well as development of force production, speed and strength necessary for sports performance across multiple disciplines. 

  • Spearheaded by Head Coach, Jessica Tuck, the goal is to aid youth and junior athletes in building long-term resilience in sports that has the potential to carry beyond formal schooling years and into adulthood. 

  • Our goal is to build the foundation for powerful and skilled athletes and build confidence using the barbell in a safe, fun and knowledgeable environment. 

  • Athletes can have the opportunity to compete in sanctioned USAW or USAPL events if they so choose.
